By using BlackHeartGo ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By using it, you're confirming that you are.

2. What the service is

BlackHeartGo provides temporary, end-to-end encrypted chat rooms and an encrypted note-sharing tool ("Secret Note"). There are no user accounts. Anyone with a room code or a note link can access that specific room or note — treat both like a physical key, and share them only with people you intend to share them with.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BlackHeartGo to create, send, store, or share content that:

Is illegal under the laws of India or the laws applicable to you or the recipient
Depicts, solicits, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors in any way
Threatens, harasses, stalks, or incites violence against any person or group
Infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights
Distributes malware, phishing links, or attempts to compromise another user's device
Impersonates any person or organization in a way intended to deceive

You are solely responsible for what you send, and for who you choose to share room codes and note links with.

A structural point that matters legally: Messages and notes are end-to-end encrypted, meaning we technically cannot read message content, and we do not monitor conversations. We cannot proactively detect or remove content that violates these terms because we have no access to it. If you become aware of misuse of the service, please report it using the contact details below, and we will take appropriate action available to us (such as disabling a reported room where technically possible).

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure, and messages may occasionally be lost, delayed, or become inaccessible due to technical issues outside our control.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Heart Research and its creator(s) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service — including content shared by other users, or content exposed due to a recipient's own actions (screenshots, forwarding, etc.) after decryption on their device.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Heart Research and its creator(s) from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

7. Termination

Since there are no accounts, "termination" mainly means we may disable a specific room, note, or IP address's access to the service at our discretion, particularly in response to abuse reports, without prior notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law. (Adjust this if you'd prefer a different jurisdiction, or if you register the business elsewhere.)

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
